Representative Experience
Represented numerous real estate developers and property owners in connection with the permitting and development of real estate subdivisions and commercial use projects.
Obtained favorable results for property owners and other stakeholders in land use and real estate litigation throughout Massachusetts, including prosecution of zoning, wetlands and planning board appeals in Superior, Probate and Land Court.
Successfully represented the City of Lawrence Community Development Department and Redevelopment Authority in connection with obtaining zoning, wetlands, and legislative approval for the development of a light industrial park along the Merrimack River.
Established and served as counsel to the City of Lawrence Small Business Revolving Loan fund, which provided loans, lines of credit and microloans to entrepreneurs and expanding businesses in the City of Lawrence.
Successfully represented Habitat for Humanity North Shore in efforts to develop affordable housing units.
