Community Involvement

Phil has served as Special Counsel to the City of Lawrence Community Development Department and to the Lawrence Redevelopment Authority.

Phil served for eight years on the Wakefield Conservation Commission.

Phil is involved in several groups involved with bicycling and 'rail to trail' advocacy. He also supports the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute through participating in the Pan Massachusetts Challenge.
